"App has not worked at all on Android 6 in over a month. I submitted a bug report when it first stopped working. I have completely removed and reinstalled it. No other app on my phone has a problem. I checked other Gannett newspapers apps and it's the same, no Gannett app works on my Android 6 phone. I want to support local journalism but it's hard to justify when you can't access the product you're paying for. The app has never been a pleasant experience to use even when it did work."

"As a subscriber, I don't know how the app can recognize me by name when I open it or click on a friend's story, but won't allow me to view material behind the pay wall that I have paid for and am logged in to view. Sometimes it works."

"App does not let me select the categories that I want to see. For example, I have no interest in sports, but cannot eliminate it from the home screen. I want to have "Crime and the Courts" on the home screen, but cannot put it there. It's a lazy news app."
